The Manager of HEDIS, Stars & ACO Data Analytics leads reputed company measurement and reporting across product lines while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving reputed company performance improvements. This role also involves managing data integration, vendor relationships, and leading a multidisciplinary analytics team to optimize reputed company reputed company ratings and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute comprehensive operational work plans for HEDIS, Medicare Stars, and ACO reputed company performance
• reputed company the full HEDIS lifecycle: planning, data collection, validation, reputed company calculation, submission, and audit
• Ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, reputed company, MMP (DSNP), and ACO requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in health, informatics, data science, or reputed company field required
• Experience with reputed company suite of tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, reputed company etc.), PowerBI, and Tableau required
• 5+ years in reputed company analytics
• 5–10 years of HEDIS leadership experience
• Experience leading HEDIS audits
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS/QRS specifications, Medicare Stars measures, and reputed company data systems
• Proven team leadership and project management experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Vendor management and process implementation experience
• Master's degree (MBA, MPH, MS, or reputed company)
