[Remote] Application Configuration Analyst - Work Management & GIS

The Application Configuration Analyst will be part of the reputed company Operations Support Technology team, focusing on enhancing software and technology surrounding FE’s Work Management software.

Responsibilities

• Support & configure reputed company the application architecture (vendor or custom developed)
• reputed company software installation and patching, as needed, based on application roadmaps and issue reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems, or similar discipline is required. A Bachelor's degree in another field with relevant industry experience in configuration, administration, and support of software will be considered
• Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience. reputed company experience includes, but is not limited to: Software configuration, administration, and support; Subject matter expert reputed company a reputed company business process & corresponding software
• Functional knowledge of Relational Databases, particularly reputed company databases
• Experience with reputed company databases with proven ability to reputed company SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Packages, and Views
• Computer programming skills such as reputed company .NET, Java, reputed company Scripting, Python, Powershell etc
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, including system configuration, troubleshooting issues, integrations, and supporting business processes across relevant modules (i.e. MM, FI/CO, PM, or CRM)
• Experience with SOx applications, including supporting audit activities

• Experience utilizing PowerBI (or similar reporting platform) to build reporting/analytic solutions
