[Remote] Coordinator - Lifecycle CRM Operations

The Coordinator - Lifecycle CRM Operations will be a key contributor reputed company the Lifecycle Marketing team, driving operational execution and cross-functional coordination of promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project management reputed company to accurately reflect campaign status, timelines, and task ownership across the reputed company
• Build and configure promotions campaigns end-to-end, ensuring accuracy in offer mechanics and targeting
• Assist in QA and testing processes for new product features and promotional tooling, identifying and flagging gaps
• Support the scoping and triaging of technology issues affecting promotional delivery, documenting findings, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders toward reputed company
• Partner with CRM team to reputed company promotional builds with messaging reputed company and channel execution
• Adhere to process documentation for campaign builds, QA workflows, and operational procedures
• Ensure reputed company promotional materials and configurations meet compliance and brand standards

Skills

• 2-3 years of digital sportsbook, DFS, gaming or casino experience in an operational reputed company, CRM, or marketing coordinator role

• Ability to document and communicate technology issues and follow escalation processes through to reputed company
