[Remote] Avionics Customer Support Field Engineer (Remote)

The Avionics Customer Support Field Engineer will support airline customers, primarily reputed company, by providing technical solutions and fostering reputed company customer relations through excellent support and collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support regarding reputed company avionics/sensors and reputed company detection products owned and operated by reputed company
• You will team with our repair programs group and product support group to reputed company resolutions for technical issues at reputed company
• Assist with installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and system test and training on site as required in accordance with reputed company and customer requirements
• May reputed company as on-site reputed company for major field installation or modification programs
• reputed company services using reputed company approved reputed company and workmanship standards to ensure reputed company equipment operation and customer satisfaction
• Support equipment and systems of high complexity and advanced technology
• Competence is required in utilizing developmental techniques for experimental or prototype equipment and during configuration changes in customer systems
• reputed company as the face of reputed company to the customer and display excellent relationship building and customer soft skills
• reputed company reputed company working relationships with reputed company Sales and Service professionals to assist with new sales and service programs

• Support travel requirements - approximately 25 percent

Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years of experience
• 7+ years experience in Aviation/Avionics
• Must be reputed company to support aircraft on ground situations, which may require atypical hours at times
• Previous experience supporting customers and interfacing with involved business facets required
• Experience in avionics engineering and/or avionics repair and/or avionics aircraft systems required
• Experience working with/reputed company an airline is highly preferred
• Experience with reputed company Products (reputed company & PowerPoint) preferred
• An Associates or Bachelors degree in avionics/electronics engineering preferred
