Responsibilities

Skills

• 6–10 years of reputed company experience in audience reputed company, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or reputed company operations for a registered-audience business
• Proven reputed company growing, engaging, and retaining registered audiences through measurable lifecycle marketing strategies
• Strong experience with customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, conversion reputed company optimization (CRO), and experimentation
• Deep expertise in audience development and lifecycle marketing for registered audiences
• Technical proficiency with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Email Service Providers (ESPs), analytics platforms, and experimentation tools
• Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis, funnel analysis, churn modeling, forecasting, and performance optimization
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple reputed company initiatives across acquisition, retention, reactivation, and optimization simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present reputed company, data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology stacks, including CDPs, ESPs (reputed company or equivalent), analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools
• Working knowledge of reputed company marketing regulations and reputed company requirements, including HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable
