[Remote] Program Manager

This leadership position involves directing reputed company development, operations, and modernization of a disease surveillance platform, while overseeing multiple teams and ensuring effective communication and governance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company governance, planning, coordination, and decision-making reputed company across reputed company contractor teams and workstreams
• Establish and execute the Program Management Plan covering delivery approach, roles, communications, risk, and reputed company management
• Serve as final authority for release prioritization, reputed company, and go/no-go reputed company across teams
• Represent the contractor in customer governance meetings and own the relationship with contracting and product leadership
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, execution reputed company-ins, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple Scrum teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant program or project management experience

• Experience directing multi-team delivery organizations of 30 or more staff
• PMP or equivalent certification; reputed company certifications (CSM, reputed company) a plus
