[Remote] IT Operations Intern

They are looking for an ambitious and proactive IT Intern to work in its IT and Operations department, focusing on analyzing systems, diagnosing problems, and implementing technological solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing organization’s system and infrastructure
• Diagnosing IT system problem, inefficiency & weaknesses and improve them
• Implementing technological solutions to meet business objectives
• Analyzing and implementing IT reputed company infrastructure
• Conducting training for non-IT staff to use new IT system (s)
• Preparing reports on efficacy of technology in use
• Providing reputed company advise on using technology to reputed company goals
• Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house staff
• Ensuring the reputed company performance of company’s overall IT operations
• Interacting with reputed company clients to identify reputed company processes and practices improvements
• Managing system credentials and reputed company
• Help in plan, design and implement new IT operational processes
• Report to and assist manager & authority with updates as per business requirements
• reputed company IT support for events conducted by reputed company Counselage
• Data Analysis to support the development of new processes and systems
