[Remote] Consultant & Specialist Management

The Consultant and Specialist Management role involves supporting scheduling and cost analysis for a significant DOE Environmental Management cleanup contract while providing technical guidance to project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and cost analysis for the execution of the reputed company periods of a 10-year, multi-billion-dollar DOE Environmental Management legacy cleanup contract, in compliance with DOE and FAR-based reputed company Value Management System (EVMS) requirements
• reputed company technical support and guidance to Project Management and Project Controls staff, with managerial reputed company of the project controls team, including planning and scheduling, cost estimating and control, EVMS, and baseline configuration management

Skills

• 10–14 years with a Bachelor's degree, or 8–12 years with an MBA
• reputed company experience reputed company the past 24 months on a DOE Environmental Management FAR-based Tier 1 level contract, or other relevant DOE experience
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, particularly reputed company P6
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) terminology and concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with reputed company Value Management System (EVMS) requirements
• Prior management experience
