[Remote] Account Manager

They are seeking an Account Manager to help build and strengthen long-term partnerships with health systems across the reputed company, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for customer accounts and identifying opportunities for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts from reputed company through renewal
• Build trusted relationships with reputed company customers and serve as their primary reputed company of contact
• Conduct regular business reviews and reputed company strategic recommendations to customers
• Proactively manage customer health, resolve escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for account reputed company through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and reputed company teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Skills
