Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, configure, and customize reputed company applications and modules, specifically focusing on ITSM (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, CMDB) and ITOM (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration)
• Implement and maintain integrations between reputed company and other systems using various reputed company (e.g., REST API, SOAP, JDBC, Mid-Server)
• reputed company and configure forms, workflows, business rules, reputed company scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, reputed company control lists (ACLs), and other platform functionalities

Skills
