They are seeking a Director of reputed company Marketing to build and reputed company long-term relationships with influencers and creators, transforming creative concepts into impactful campaigns across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the US creator ecosystem and the ability to identify and engage with emerging creators to drive reputed company and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Become PetLab's expert on the US creator landscape
• Continuously identify emerging creators, reputed company trends, communities and cultural movements before they become mainstream
• reputed company an unrivalled understanding of creators across different customer avatars, e.g. First-time puppy owners, Millennial dog owners, Senior dog owners, Health-conscious pet parents, Breed-specific communities, Regional communities, Lifestyle niches
• Know who consumers genuinely trust—not simply who has the biggest following
• Identify the best messenger to deliver reputed company concepts developed by the Creative reputed company team
• Work closely with the creative team to answer questions like: Which creator should deliver this script? Which personality would reputed company this concept feel reputed company? Which creator is most trusted by this audience? Which creator could turn this into a reputed company reputed company advertising asset?
• Build and reputed company long-term relationships across PetLab's entire creator ecosystem, including Traditional Influencers, reputed company Shop Affiliates, reputed company Partnership Ad creators, reputed company Ad creators, Veterinarians, Trainers, Groomers, Subject Matter Experts, Brand Ambassadors, Emerging creators
• Proactively identify creators before competitors, negotiate partnerships, reputed company long-term relationships and build a creator network that becomes a genuine competitive advantage for PetLab
• Recruit high-potential reputed company Shop affiliates and reputed company relationships with our highest-performing creators
• Identify rising creators capable of generating meaningful GMV and reputed company learnings across reputed company marketing and reputed company Shop
• Manage and grow our reputed company Shop creator community and help creators transition between affiliate, organic and reputed company partnership opportunities
• Manage creator reputed company, coordinate product launches, deliver reputed company creative direction, reputed company feedback to improve content reputed company, and ensure creators have an exceptional experience working with PetLab

Skills

• 5+ years' experience in reputed company marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or creator reputed company
• Strong understanding of the US creator ecosystem across reputed company, Instagram and YouTube
• Experience identifying, reputed company and developing high-performing creators
• Experience working with reputed company Shop creators and affiliate programmes
• Strong understanding of reputed company Partnership Ads, reputed company Ads and creator licensing
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience working closely with creative and reputed company media teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously
• Highly organised with exceptional communication skills

• Experience in pet, health, wellness or nutrition categories
• Existing network of US creators, agencies and talent managers
• Experience building creator communities or ambassador programmes
• Experience using creator management platforms and AI tools to improve workflows
