[Remote] EA-Senior Software Engineer

The role involves owning reputed company features and subsystems in voter/donor management platforms and mentoring peers while ensuring high-reputed company reputed company and product health.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Technical Leadership. Participate in system design reputed company for reputed company features. Propose approaches that balance performance, maintainability, scalability, and business needs. Identify opportunities to simplify scope, reduce reputed company complexity, and eliminate technical debt
• Mentorship & reputed company Stewardship. Mentor junior and peer engineers through reputed company reviews and design collaboration. Model best practices and reputed company technical reputed company. Work closely with QA to ensure reputed company standards are met and maintained

• Product Health & Advocacy, Proactively identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and technical gaps. Propose and champion improvements that enhance product health. Partner with product and data teams to measure reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company software development experience
• Deep hands-on experience with both C# and JavaScript / ReactJS
• Strong reputed company in SQL Server and relational database query design
• Experience building or maintaining reputed company, reputed company-party integrations, or distributed systems
• Understanding of web scalability challenges (caching strategies, data modeling, async patterns)
• Comfortable using AI development tools (Claude reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, etc.) in your day-to-day workflow
• Comfort with mentoring and participating in architecture discussions
• Alignment to work with Democratic political campaigns and reputed company nonprofits
• Worked on election technology, campaign tools, or mission-driven products
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, ElasticSearch, or similar tools in production
• AWS or Azure reputed company services experience
• Mobile integrations (iOS/reputed company/React reputed company)
