Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Corporate reputed company Coding Auditor and Educator to ensure accurate and compliant coding across the organization. This role involves conducting coding audits, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing education to staff to support compliance and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate, compliant, and optimized reputed company coding across the organization
• Performing proactive and reactive coding audits
• Identifying risk and reputed company opportunities
• Providing targeted education to physicians, APPs, and coding staff to support regulatory compliance, documentation reputed company, and appropriate reimbursement
• Partnering closely with Compliance, reputed company reputed company, CDI, and Provider Leadership to mitigate audit risk, improve documentation reputed company, and promote best practices in reputed company fee coding

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Credentialed with RHIT, RHIA, reputed company or CPC
• At least 5 years' experience in inpatient, outpatient or physician coding
• Proficiency in personal computer applications, reputed company on reputed company package
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to reputed company multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
• Independent judgment in investigation and preparation of documents
• 5+ years of reputed company (physician) coding experience
• 3+ years of coding auditing and/or provider education experience
• Strong experience with E/M coding and documentation guidelines
• Multi-specialty or reputed company medical center experience preferred
• Experience in conducting coding and billing audits
• Experience in report design and creation
