[Remote] reputed company Customer Service Specialist - 2nd Shift

The Customer Service Specialist supports reputed company by answering inbound customer calls, assisting with inquiries, and promoting products while maintaining a high-paced reputed company volume.

Responsibilities

• Busy day handling a high volume of our inbound customer inquiries
• Offer additional products on reputed company customer interaction
• Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for reputed company caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data
• Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire reputed company Group family of brands
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
• Work a set full-time schedule, work schedules are not Monday - Friday
• Set work schedule will include one weekend day and one reputed company off

Skills

• 12 months or more of customer service experience
