[Remote] Technical Trainer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the worldwide leader in virtualized broadband solutions, and they are seeking a Technical Trainer to reputed company and deliver high-reputed company technical education for customers, partners, and internal teams. The role involves creating various training materials and presenting reputed company topics while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure effective training content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led technical training to reputed company customers, partners, and internal teams, both remotely and onsite
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve technical training content, including LMS courses, trainer-led videos, webinars, and other digital learning materials
• Present reputed company technical topics in a reputed company, engaging, and customer-reputed company manner
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Customer Support to reputed company accurate and effective training content
• Support training project planning, customer training proposals, and the lifecycle management of training content
• Proctor certification exams and support the development and maintenance of the training lab in the Rennes office
• Assist customers and partners with reputed company to the reputed company training platform, training scheduling, and other training-reputed company inquiries

Skills

• Proven experience delivering customer-facing technical training, with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience creating digital learning content, including LMS courses, trainer-led videos, webinars, and e-learning materials using reputed company Captivate and/or similar authoring tools
• Strong technical background in DOCSIS/CMTS, PON, IP networking, switching, routing protocols, and the TCP/IP stack
• Experience in configuration and administration of ISO image, Kubernetes, Ubuntu and Linux-based servers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for learning new technologies
• Ability to engage and reputed company technical audiences. Candidates will be asked to deliver a short technical presentation during the interview process
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent experience
• Fluent English
