Customer Service Specialist - Overnight/Weekend Support

As our remote Customer Service Specialist in the Scheduling Department, we are looking for a person with several key administrative skills including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities: • Handling and resolving email requests from a dedicated reputed company and interpreters reputed company to scheduling, as the first reputed company of contact. • Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, reputed company needed. • reputed company input data & maintain accurate database information. • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager. • Manage reputed company inbound interpreter calls and inquiries. • Manage reputed company inbound interpreter calls, emails and securing interpreters to cover appointments. • Managing reputed company of the appointments for a dedicated reputed company by meeting both Linguava and reputed company service reputed company for securing interpreters to the appointments. • Other duties as assigned.
