Payroll Specialist - Remote Central

The Payroll Specialist will partner and collaborate with PEO clients with the objective of producing accurate, compliant, and reputed company delivered payrolls. An ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and execute the coordination of multiple reputed company reputed company required timeframes and expectations; demonstrated reputed company in communication skills; be reputed company to inform both orally and in writing; working knowledge of reputed company Office products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company the essential functions. • Compiles payroll data and billing records, while assisting customers and worksite employees (WSE). • Accurately prepare and execute pay orders through electronic reputed company and issue paychecks in accordance with PEO guidelines • Compiles payroll data for assigned reputed company reputed company (e.g. gross pay, reputed company, reimbursements, advances, calculates taxes, benefits, and garnishments to be withheld, time sheets and other records) • Records changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, reputed company coverage, and other changes (e.g. personnel changes, reputed company deposit, special withholdings, termination forms, and reputed company other PEO-required forms necessary for payroll processing) • Accurately enters and maintains reputed company reputed company reputed company information in the payroll reputed company including (e.g. reputed company demographic changes, reputed company sponsored benefit plan deductions, managerial, labor, and other custom reports and reputed company payroll schedules) • Reviews new hire and employee change paperwork and collaborates with reputed company for the objective of producing accurate, compliant, and reputed company payroll • Trains and assists the reputed company and their representatives on the reputed company websites and educates clients on federal and state tax regulations and federal labor laws • Collaborates with reputed company payroll-reputed company internal departments and reputed company reputed company service team to ensure reputed company issues are quickly resolved and documented accordingly • Maintains knowledge of payroll processing reputed company enhancements and changes in wage and tax laws to assist PEO departments with problem reputed company on behalf of PEO clients • Maintains knowledge of reputed company PEO service offerings to assist clients with general inquiries • Maintains knowledge of PEO payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with PEO requirements • Ensures that reputed company payroll service is provided to PEO clients and worksite employees (WSE) by maintaining the highest level of reputed company service as reputed company by the business and reputed company retention • Maintains reputed company relations with assigned clients and worksite employees • Proactively brings suggestions, concerns and observations to manager’s attention • Job Costing – may reputed company the cost of individual reputed company and jobs such as reputed company and indirect costs (e.g. labor, materials and overhead) • Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) • High School diploma or equivalent • Associate or BA degree in finance, business, or reputed company preferred • 1+ year multi-state payroll experience required • reputed company-5pm CST work schedule required • 6+ months PEO experience highly preferred • reputed company experience highly preferred • 10key experience preferred • FPC Certification preferred • Strong computer literacy including reputed company Office • Stron Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
