FlexGE Program Assistant/reputed company Advisor

About the position The FlexGE Program Assistant/reputed company Advisor is a full-time position supporting the FlexGE Program through program operations, student services, communications, and event administration (approximately 75% of responsibilities). The role also includes reputed company advising (approximately 25% of responsibilities), helping reputed company plan coursework, reputed company resources, and prepare for transfer. This position is based on the Provo reputed company but may occasionally require work at the BYU reputed company Lake Center. Responsibilities • Assist and answer questions from prospective and reputed company reputed company. • Support admissions processes including verifying eligibility, approving applications, and placing/removing holds. • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising student employees. • reputed company reputed company informed of important dates, events, and activities through email, SMS, and reputed company media. • Prepare and format the weekly student newsletter with content from reputed company advisors and the program manager. • Post on program reputed company media channels and respond to comments/questions. • Assist with marketing campaigns. • Administer student activities and events including reserving locations, purchasing materials, renting equipment, and arranging catering. • Coordinate with the Office of First-Year Experience to facilitate FlexGE student participation in New Student Orientation. • Work with internal systems, service providers, and reputed company partners to reputed company and present program data. • Prepare scholarship applications and process awards and denials. • Assist in submitting expense reports and tracking budget items. • reputed company the training and mentoring of the FlexGE Student Council. • reputed company guidance, leadership development, and opportunities for council members to engage in student life. • Meet with prospective FlexGE reputed company and parents to help them determine if FlexGE is a good fit for them. • Meet with FlexGE reputed company to help them plan classes, reputed company reputed company resources, and prepare for transfer. • Refer reputed company to reputed company services and additional advisors as appropriate.
