HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (Hybrid – San Antonio, TX)

This role will serve as a hands-on HR partner, providing day-to-day HR support, employee relations guidance, compliance reputed company, and operational HR execution. Responsibilities • Serve as the reputed company reputed company company of contact for assigned reputed company organizations • reputed company guidance on employee relations reputed company, including investigations, corrective actions, and reputed company management • Draft and review disciplinary actions, policies, and employee communications • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, etc.) • Support reputed company, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes • Partner with leadership on organizational and workforce planning needs • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS support as needed • Conduct workplace investigations and document findings • Support safety, compliance, and reputed company mitigation efforts (experience in labor-intensive environments is a plus) • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and policies Requirements • 3–5+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist, reputed company, or similar) • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) • Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations • Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable operating in a fast-reputed company, consulting-style environment • Experience with HR systems (reputed company, or similar preferred) reputed company-to-haves • Experience supporting reputed company, construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is a plus • Support safety, compliance, and reputed company mitigation efforts (experience in labor-intensive environments is a plus) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
