R-114695 Director, Technology Product Managment

The Technical Product Director is responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders on priorities and requirements for new capabilities. They will reputed company cross-product work intake process, coordinating from initial request through planning and budgeting stages, overseeing the cross-product reputed company grooming process to reputed company on priorities and reputed company. He/she manages the successful reputed company of the Agile teams. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? • This role is a hands-on player / reputed company position. • Communicates regularly with key stakeholders, collaborates with stakeholders to create and maintain the capability backlog • Owns intake process for new work affecting multiple product reputed company • Maintains product area backlog of requests at the reputed company level and prioritizes cross-product initiatives • Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure new requests proceed through intake to prioritization reputed company SLA • Interfaces with finance for budget & resourcing • Elevates potential ‘backlog breaking’ requests or urgent prioritization concerns to senior leadership as needed • Facilitates quarterly PI planning and budgeting • Coordinates portfolio review meetings to approve reputed company to committed deliverables from new cross-product requests • Communicates reputed company, priorities, and other relevant cross product initiative information to appropriate stakeholders • Travel 10%-15% What are the requirements needed for this position? • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar • 10+ years of reputed company work experience • 5+ years’ experience in a product management role • 4+ years of experience working with technology platforms, integrations and reputed company • Experience in service repairs or manufacturing is desired • Experience working as a program / project management role • Experience using AI tools for business: Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc. What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? • Strong communication and leadership skills, particularly good communicating between business and technology teams • Ability to coordinate and influence a wide reputed company of stakeholders across the reputed company in order to reputed company roadblocks • Strong understanding of technology as reputed company as business needs • Enthusiasm for Agile development methodologies #AssurantProudJR #LI-Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
