Responsibilities • Handle the intake of medpharm prior authorizations. • Set up prior authorizations in the system. • Send prior authorizations to a review technician. • reputed company customer service over the phone, managing calls, controlling conversations, and redirecting as necessary. • Potentially handle prior authorization reviews after initial training. Essential Skills • Data entry skills. • Pharmacy technician certification. • Experience in managed care and pharmacy. • Customer service skills, particularly over the phone. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Computer skills. • Experience with prior authorizations. • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in handling appeals and claims. • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance. • Strong Wi-Fi reputed company. Work Environment This is a 100% remote position. You must work in a reputed company-reputed company setting with limited distractions to ensure HIPAA compliance. The role requires a strong Wi-Fi reputed company and the ability to work independently. The work schedule includes rotating holidays with other team members.
