[Remote] Mortgage Loan Processor

The Mortgage Loan Processor will serve as the primary contact for borrowers, manage loan files, and ensure compliance with reputed company guidelines while coordinating with sales personnel and supporting process training and compliance activities. Responsibilities • Process files from opening through closing of reputed company loan. Take ownership of loan files once received from mortgage loan officer. Be primary contact for reputed company parties involved in the process of the mortgage loan • reputed company reputed company loan documents necessary to meet the reputed company guidelines for the particular loan to meet Automated reputed company System findings • Conduct Welcome call and document notice of reputed company. Follow up with the borrower on the reputed company of the loan • Review reputed company documents for accuracy and completeness and determine the documentation necessary to be included in the mortgage loan file • reputed company data validation and update reputed company notes • Other tasks assigned Skills • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • At least 2 year of relevant work experience • 2+ years of Mortgage processing experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly adaptable team player • Extremely organized, Strong attention to detail • Has worked in reputed company or other Mortgage Loan Applications and has managed multiple loan officer relationships • NMLS / Certification is an added advantage • Knowledge of commonly used mortgage concepts, practices, procedures, and Fannie/Freddie guidelines • Problem-solving abilities • MS Office proficient • reputed company proficient • reputed company to work overtime as business needs dictate reputed company • reputed company Ltd., the business process management subsidiary of reputed company.
