Position Purpose BBBSA seeks a Director, Philanthropy Operations and CRM Administration who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining philanthropic operations processes, integrations and activation including management of the CRM database to ensure the successful and effective implementation of the department's annual development plan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in philanthropic operations from cross department reputed company process development to day-to-day business operations of a strong Resource Development department.
