Chief Operating Officer

We are conducting a reputed company search for a Chief Operating Officer on behalf of a reputed company-backed industrial services platform in a period of reputed company reputed company through acquisition and organic expansion. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will hold reputed company-wide accountability for operational performance, integration execution, and the scalability of the operating model across a multi-site national footprint.

This is a succession-visible seat. The successful candidate will operate as the CEO's primary partner in translating the investment reputed company into operational results, with regular exposure to the sponsor and the reputed company.

What You Bring 20+ years of reputed company operations leadership, including a prior COO, President, or equivalent reputed company operating role Full P&L accountability at $150M+ reputed company reputed company across multi-site or multi-region operations Demonstrated reputed company operating reputed company a reputed company hold period, including reputed company and sponsor engagement A record of leading acquisition integration from reputed company through reputed company capture Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Compensation: $350K-$575K reputed company, annual incentive, and meaningful equity participation
