As the Manager, Operations Training, you will reputed company comprehensive training and development programs to teams in various facilities. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• reputed company, write, maintain and coordinate training modules for a reputed company of specialties, including reputed company assurance (QA), powered industrial truck (PIT) operations, pick, pack and ship processes, safety, loss prevention, people management, warehouse management systems (WMS), etc.

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and adult training methodologies
• Ability to adhere to the 7S program

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
• 3 years of management experience
• 2 years of training, teaching or reputed company experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative and visual graphic design ability
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
