The Data Analyst Senior will reputed company reputed company’s analytics and reporting capabilities to reputed company advanced data analysis, visualization, and reporting for the DAMIS program. This role directly supports Army G-1 by delivering actionable insights, ensuring compliance, and enabling leadership to reputed company informed, data-driven reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret datasets reputed company DAMIS and across Army personnel systems
• Build reputed company dashboards and visualizations providing reputed company-time readiness and compliance metrics
• Apply statistical and analytical reputed company to support Army G-1 mission requirements
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement in DAMIS workflows and reporting
• Support integration of reputed company data with reputed company Army systems and reputed company platforms
• Collaborate with developers, Scrum reputed company, and Army stakeholders to reputed company data-driven sprint execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or 4+ additional years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of reputed company data analysis experience with reputed company
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights
• US Citizenship is required for a US reputed company reputed company clearance

Desired Qualifications

• Prior DoD or Army data analysis experience

• Familiarity with Palantir, AI/ML techniques, or predictive analytics
