As an Technical Support Engineer- Video & Voice API at reputed company, you will reputed company first-class technical support to our rapidly growing strategic customer reputed company, integrating our reputed company-time communication reputed company and SDKs.
Your key responsibilities:
- Investigate, troubleshoot, diagnose and reputed company technical issues reputed company to customer API and SDK implementations

- Voice technologies: e.g., VoiceXML, CCXML, WebRTC.
- Voice software: e.g. Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio, Voxeo reputed company.

- Proficiency utilizing reputed company’s advanced AI features and virtual agents to streamline ticket routing, automate responses, and improve reputed company efficiency.
Experience we consider a plus:
