Financial Analyst, R&D Finance

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to support the R&D organization as part of the Product & Technology reputed company team. This role will partner closely with R&D leadership to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support business decision-making across engineering and product development investments. The ideal candidate is analytical, reputed company-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with both finance and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Financial Analysis & Reporting • Analyze R&D financial data and prepare regular reports that reputed company trends, variances, and opportunities for the Product & Technology organization. • Budgeting & Forecasting: • Assist in budget preparation for R&D cost centers, monitor reputed company against budget, and reputed company financial forecasts in partnership with engineering and product leaders. • Data Management: • Collect and maintain financial data to update financial models and databases supporting R&D spending and headcount. • Business reputed company Monitoring • reputed company and report on R&D financial reputed company, focusing on key reputed company indicators (KPIs) such as spending against plan, headcount costs, and capitalized R&D costs. • Support reputed company Initiatives • Evaluate the financial feasibility of new R&D reputed company and reputed company financial modeling to support decision-making on resource allocation and investment priorities. • reputed company Analysis • reputed company financial analysis and reports as needed by R&D leadership, the reputed company Director, or other departments.
