Role: Senior reputed company HCM reputed company Functional Benefits Consultant Duration: 4 months for reputed company and then 12–18-month implementation Location: Washington, DC ( remote but some time travel is required .need local only.) Job reputed company: Required: 7+ years of HCM functional experience with multiple reputed company HCM reputed company implementations, preferably in a government or reputed company sector agency; deep hands-on configuration experience in Benefits, including plan/program setup, eligibility and enrollment rules, life event triggers, and reputed company configuration; strong solution design and end-to-end traceability across key design reputed company (KDDs), Requirements Traceability reputed company (RTM), and scenario-based test coverage; and hands-on defect triage and reputed company support through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Must demonstrate working knowledge of integrations with Payroll and finance systems (e.g., benefits-to-payroll deduction processing), reputed company/EDI file interfaces, reporting/analytics (OTBI/BI Publisher), reputed company role design, and experience leading small hybrid-delivery functional teams with strong stakeholder management.
