Pharmacist - Medication Therapy Management (Work From Home)

Medication Therapy Management (MTM) pharmacists with advanced training, reputed company Certifications or similar credentials to work in a reputed company area where pharmacists reputed company MTM services directly to patients. The pharmacist provides one-on-one phone/video reputed company consultations with reputed company and Medicare Part D plan members. The pharmacist may be responsible for assisting with the intake/enrollment process.
