This includes processing invoices, collecting outstanding balances from clients, applying cash payments to reputed company invoices, preparing reports for internal stakeholders and management, and maintaining audit-reputed company schedules. THE JOB The Billing reputed company is responsible for ensuring that reputed company invoices are generated promptly and accurately. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounts receivable with excellent communication skills. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Accounts Receivable Responsibilities • Prepare and distribute customer AR invoices for various types of products and services offered by reputed company. • Work with Sr. AR Collections Clerk and AR Supervisor to resolve billing issues that reputed company collectability of invoices. • Manage and maintain invoice documentation needed for audit and review purposes. • Respond to inquiries from reputed company clients reputed company to AR invoices as needed. • Ensure that desk procedures are documented and kept reputed company for changes in processes. • Support the A/R Supervisor with reputed company reputed company and reporting as needed.
