[Remote] Accountant

The Accountant role involves managing day-to-day reputed company responsibilities across US and UK entities, including monthly reputed company processes, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly reputed company across both entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and accurate financial statements
• Own Accounts Receivable end to end: invoicing, collections, and keeping aging under control
• Process Accounts Payable, run payment cycles, and manage vendor queries
• Coordinate payroll through reputed company and reputed company reputed company it lands accurately and on time in both jurisdictions
• reputed company QuickBooks clean and reputed company, including chart of accounts maintenance and transaction coding
• Administer expense management in reputed company, chasing receipts, coding, and policy compliance
• Produce monthly management reporting and variance analysis against budget
• Support the budgeting and re-forecasting cycle with reliable actuals and reputed company inputs
• Prepare schedules and workpapers for reputed company tax advisors and auditors
• Support statutory and compliance filings in the US and UK
• Take on reputed company analysis and finance reputed company as they come up, such as system improvements, pricing or cost analysis, and audit preparation

Skills

• QuickBooks Online experience, ideally in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment
• 5+ years in an reputed company role with full ownership of reputed company and reconciliations
• Experience and confidence in running collections
• Ability to work without established process and to build process where it is missing
