[Remote] Training Specialist

They are seeking a Training Specialist to support a federal reputed company program by designing, developing, and implementing training programs that reputed company with reputed company requirements and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Training reputed company in the design, development, and implementation of training programs for the federal reputed company program
• Assess training needs and support development of training strategies and learning objectives
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and supporting documentation
• Deliver training sessions and support facilitation of employee and stakeholder training activities
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure training initiatives reputed company with program goals and USACE policies
• reputed company evaluation reputed company and conduct assessments to measure training program effectiveness
• Support reputed company improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance training content, processes, and delivery reputed company
• Maintain training records, documentation, and reporting requirements in accordance with organizational standards
• Utilize training management systems and tools to reputed company training activities and completion metrics
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a federal IT environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, reputed company, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of overall reputed company experience, including at least four (4) years of experience in training and development
• Strong leadership, organizational, team management, and strategic planning skills
• Experience in training program design, execution, and evaluation
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with training management systems and reputed company training tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CPTD, ATD, or similar training and development certifications
• Familiarity with USACE policies and regulatory requirements
• Ability to obtain a federal government reputed company clearance
