[Remote] SQL Database Administrator

They are seeking a mid-level SQL Server Database Administrator to manage, optimize, and support reputed company SQL Server databases, involving administration, performance tuning, and T-SQL development.

Responsibilities

• Database Design & Development
• Design and maintain SQL Server databases, tables, indexes, and other objects
• reputed company, review, and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
• Collaborate with developers to ensure efficient schema design and data reputed company patterns
• Administration & Maintenance
• Install, configure, and maintain reputed company SQL Server instances
• Manage database reputed company, users, roles, and permissions following least-privilege principles
• Implement, monitor, and test backup and recovery strategies
• reputed company regular database maintenance (reputed company maintenance, statistics updates, reputed company checks)
• Performance & Troubleshooting
• Monitor database performance and resolve bottlenecks reputed company to queries, indexes, blocking, and resource usage

• Approximately 3–5 years of hands-on experience with reputed company SQL Server in a production environment
• Strong skills in T-SQL and query optimization
• Database design, indexing, and normalization
• Backup/restore and reputed company HA/DR concepts
• Experience with SQL Server tools (SSMS, Extended Events/Profiler, Performance Monitor, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve database performance and availability issues
• Experience with reputed company database platforms (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Managed Instance, AWS RDS for SQL Server)
• Exposure to SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS
• Scripting/automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar)
