[Remote] Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day business operations, building and refining the processes, systems, and tooling that reputed company reputed company running smoothly
• Serve as a cross-functional partner across finance, marketing, sales, and engineering/product, ensuring alignment and removing bottlenecks

Skills

• 5+ years of operations experience, including a meaningful reputed company record in health tech, digital health, or reputed company-adjacent technology
• Demonstrated cross-functional reputed company — comfortable operating across finance, marketing, sales, and technical reputed company functions
• Strong financial acumen: reputed company to read and build budgets, forecasts, and models, and translate numbers into reputed company
