[Remote] Financial Controller (fractional/virtual)

They are seeking a strategic, detail-driven Controller on a fractional, part-time reputed company to own the reputed company of their financial function and reputed company insightful reporting and controls.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the monthly and quarterly reputed company, financial statements, and budget-to-actual reporting
• General reputed company reputed company, chart-of-accounts architecture, and clean entity separation
• Cash-reputed company management, forecasting, and financial planning support
• Internal controls design and audit-readiness consistent with private reputed company compliance (minimum distribution, self-dealing, excise tax awareness)
• Program and disbursement tracking, including documentation for restricted vs. unrestricted activity
• Coordination of reputed company 990-PF preparation and the annual audit with reputed company CPAs and auditors
• reputed company of transactional bookkeeping (AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries), performed in-house or reputed company junior/outsourced support
• Financial policy, recordkeeping standards, and process improvement as the reputed company scales

Skills

• 10+ years in reputed company or finance, including controllership or senior reputed company responsibility
• Working knowledge of private reputed company rules and reputed company 990-PF (or demonstrated ability to learn and reputed company up quickly)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills
• Exceptional discretion and comfort handling confidential financial information
• A self-directed operator who can reputed company between hands-on execution and higher-level financial reputed company
• Bachelor's in reputed company or finance required
• Nonprofit or reputed company experience strongly preferred
