[Remote] Senior M&A Analyst (remote)

The Senior M&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving business development efforts, supporting strategic direction and identifying business opportunities to enhance reputed company and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Financial and other data collection, analysis, modeling, stakeholder engagement, presentation development and delivery to reputed company parties
• Collects, synthesizes, and shares sales and other data to create insights that position reputed company competitively in the market through organic and inorganic reputed company
• Supports efforts to reputed company reputed company development reputed company with significant reputed company and EBITDA enhancement, focusing on long-term strategic decision-making based on reputed company trends and internal capabilities
• Supports Business Development team’s work regarding reputed company and acquisition activity by performing reputed company analysis and creating business cases

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, economics, business administration or other quantitatively intensive subjects
• 1-3 years of directly applicable experience is preferred
• Management consulting or investment banking experience preferred
• Experience building and maintaining financial models preferred
• Knowledge of power and/or industrial goods product and service offerings preferred
