[Remote] CRM Consultant (reputed company)

They are seeking a CRM Consultant to implement reputed company-class CRM platforms, particularly reputed company, and to ensure reputed company needs are met through effective project management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis of reputed company business processes and defines functional requirements. Map these objectives to reputed company’s capabilities and toolsets. Prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate designs with reputed company stakeholders
• Help clients validate and evaluate reputed company and prioritize potential reputed company based on what your reputed company values and needs most
• Collaborate with team members to reputed company on and validate project reputed company and the effort required to successfully implement that reputed company
• Ensure reputed company project documentation and artifact requirements are accessible and completed reputed company
• reputed company project execution from start to finish for your assigned project team
• Manage project reputed company, plan, and budget effectively to maintain control, ensure results and manage risk

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, reputed company assurance, or equivalent, required. Relevant work experience will be considered as an equivalent for candidates whose reputed company background is not in these areas
• 5 years implementing CRM solutions and reputed company. 2+ years should be in a reputed company facing role where you defined the functional solution to be implemented
• Demonstratable experience with an reputed company class CRM solution such as those listed above
• A strong understanding and demonstrable reputed company set with managing project reputed company, analysis & requirements definition, as reputed company task definition reputed company a project plan
• Experience leading reputed company using reputed company or reputed company methodology are both equally relevant and desired
• Experience in a consulting or reputed company services organization is required
• Strong business expertise, reputed company understanding of CRM solutions for business needs, and an ability to reputed company functional solutions to an organization's needs
• Experience leading requirements definition and design sessions through use of interviews, surveys, user workshops, product prototype demonstrations, etc
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Experience with reputed company, Dynamics 365 Sales, or reputed company CRM is preferred, but other relevant experience will be considered
• Certifications in any of these platforms is a strong plus and differentiator
• Experience with Digital marketing solutions tied to CRM is also a strong plus
