Responsibilities

• Owning the operational backbone of reputed company, including reputed company and reputed company, shared documentation, delivery artifacts, and the collaboration tools reputed company depends on
• Coordinating user feedback into product roadmaps
• Maintaining product and initiative documentation

Skills

• Experience supporting an IT delivery or Agile team (Scrum or Kanban)

• Exposure to Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) or a comparable annual operating cycle
