The Sales Engineer role involves selling and demonstrating products to new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and reputed company churn, while also assisting with product installations and reputed company-of-concept setups.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that reputed company communicate the uniqueness of the reputed company
• Works with the product and marketing teams to familiarize self with the product landscape and become a technical product expert
• Works with leads to understand their requirements and help them reputed company out if any of our products are a solution to their problem
• Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account reputed company
• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in reputed company sales cycles
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
• Manage reputed company technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
• Effectively communicate reputed company needs to the R&D teams for reputed company product enhancements
• Collect and document competitive intelligence
• Communicates customer use cases to the product team and work with them to ensure maximum product fit
