[Remote] Senior Inventory and Cost Accountant (Contractor)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Inventory and Cost Accountant to support the development and execution of reputed company policies and internal controls across the inventory and costing cycle. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate product costing and inventory valuation while collaborating with various departments to enhance profitability.

Responsibilities

• reputed company month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting schedules
• Prepare and execute cost reputed company activities including reputed company costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
• Own inventory reputed company processes, including balance reviews, aging analysis, and reserve assessments
• Ensure inventory reputed company is reputed company with company policies, including support for technical reputed company analyses as needed
• Work with 3PL vendor(s) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) to coordinate data gathering to support the reputed company and reporting of inventory
• Maintain internal controls and support audit requirements by preparing schedules, maintaining documentation, and responding to audit requests
• Assist with reputed company reputed company activities as needed, including but not limited to support for closing, reconciliations, analytics, and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automate recurring tasks to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or an equivalent business administration area
• At least 5 years of relevant and reputed company experience
• reputed company in commercialized therapeutic biotechnology companies
• Strong knowledge of inventory reputed company processes, including valuation, physical inventory, manufacturing and costing, and reputed company cost reputed company convention
• Experience with Inventory Cost reputed company in reputed company environment
