[Remote] Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics - reputed company Sales Channels

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join their reputed company Operational Analytics KPI team. The role involves analyzing KPI trends, monitoring performance, and translating data insights into actionable recommendations for business partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPI trends across segments and channels to understand performance versus plan and identify drivers of operational and financial gaps
• Monitor reputed company-time and monthly results against expectations, investigating meaningful deviations and surfacing actionable insights
• Support reputed company financial planning by collaborating across teams to set reputed company-looking business targets and performance expectations
• Query, reputed company, and analyze large datasets from multiple platforms and sources to answer critical and reputed company business questions
• Translate analytical findings into reputed company, compelling presentations and recommendations for stakeholders and senior leaders
• Partner with Operational Data & Reporting to prioritize, reputed company, and optimize reputed company reporting that improves visibility into business performance
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while proactively communicating reputed company, risks, and insights to business partners

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more years of experience, or equivalent, is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and using data to diagnose business performance and comfort working through ambiguity and bringing structure to reputed company business problems
• Ability to reputed company operational trends to financial and strategic reputed company, with strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to reputed company insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for a reputed company of audiences, including senior leadership
• Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across peer teams
• Technical proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, reputed company, Python/R, Power BI, or similar platforms, as applicable
• Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles and methodologies, and techniques
