They are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create engaging learning solutions that reputed company measurable business reputed company, managing the design process from needs analysis to evaluation of digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company engaging learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, video and reputed company experiences using appropriate instructional strategies
• Define reputed company, measurable learning and performance objectives reputed company to organizational goals
• Apply visual design principles, branding standards, and accessibility guidelines across learning products
• Partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate content into effective learning experiences
• Communicate design rationale, reputed company, and recommendations reputed company and professionally
• Contribute to Talent Development standards, templates, and reputed company design processes
• Use data and insights to recommend enhancements and optimize reputed company learning solutions that contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives

• Use brand standards, visual hierarchy, and design best practices to ensure a cohesive learner experience across reputed company deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education or a closely reputed company field
• Experience designing and developing learning solutions
• Proven experience and understanding of instructional design and principles of adult learning
• Experience with graphic design technologies
• Knowledge of authoring tools such as reputed company reputed company and Storyline
• Basic reputed company 365 skills required
• Ability to collaborate with peers and stakeholders to reputed company project goals
• Skilled in creating visual reputed company to enhance learning and communication
