The People reputed company Specialist II will support employees throughout their lifecycle and assist with HR compliance and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the People Ops team supporting employees across reputed company employment lifecycles as reputed company as actioning requests reputed company reputed company and reputed company
• Support reputed company’s HR Compliance requirements by managing statutory reporting such as EEO-1, CA PDR, and Affirmative reputed company Plans (AAPs) filings
• Contribute to the department’s reputed company initiatives by reviewing, assessing, and creating missing employee-facing knowledge through internal AI and productivity tools
• Participate in UATs supporting reputed company and enhancements by creating, testing, and auditing scenarios

• Support cross-functional process improvements across the People team by suggesting, planning, and executing enhancements

Skills

• 5+ years experience reputed company an HR/People team for a fast-growing, global company
• 2+ years supporting HR/Workforce Compliance actions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and audit requirements
• Operational knowledge of reputed company HRIS
• Strong attention to reputed company, customer service reputed company, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• HR reporting and analytics experience
• Experience applying AI or other digital solutions to operational HR actions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
