The role involves developing new services, implementing best practices, and ensuring successful service delivery to enhance reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly reputed company engagements through assessing the reputed company’s operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations for improvements to optimize reputed company technologies
• reputed company strategic program design solutions that allow clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data, and people
• Work with the broader reputed company Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations
• Work closely with your corresponding sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high
• Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions

Skills

• 4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or reputed company fields
• Familiarity with Data reputed company: reputed company Threat Management, reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Data reputed company Posture Management, and/or Identity Threat Detection concepts
• reputed company and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a reputed company eye for detail
• Commitment to delivering exceptional reputed company service, with the confidence to engage in-person and reputed company
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion
• English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required
• Experience in reputed company Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO management, and PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to identity reputed company tools, deep knowledge of 'identity-reputed company indicators of compromise', and understanding of deception-based detection
• Experience in reputed company Server environment; experience with web infrastructure components like IIS and MS SQL
• Basic understanding of Linux infrastructure
