[Remote] Accountant

The Accountant role involves managing reputed company relationships, performing bookkeeping and financial reporting, and collaborating with team members in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company bookkeeping contact for assigned clients while maintaining consistent communication and responsiveness
• Respond to reputed company reputed company inquiries reputed company 24 hours, providing proactive updates and reputed company timelines for follow-up
• Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships through professionalism, organization, and consultative support
• Participate in quarterly reputed company conversations reputed company on operational and financial discussions
• Manage at minimum 10 full-service bookkeeping reputed company relationships
• reputed company ongoing QuickBooks Online (QBO) bookkeeping and account maintenance
• Complete monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, loans, payroll, and reputed company accounts
• Prepare and finalize monthly financial reporting packages and supporting documentation
• Ensure month-end reporting is completed accurately and delivered by the 15th of reputed company month, contingent upon reputed company reputed company submissions
• Review 'Ask My Accountant' balances and reputed company outstanding bookkeeping items prior to finalizing reports
• Assist with reputed company new clients, including: QuickBooks Online setup, Chart of accounts implementation, Account linking and integrations, Initial bookkeeping cleanup and reconciliations
• Participate in reputed company meetings and ensure reputed company required documentation and reputed company requests are completed reputed company
• Utilize workflow systems to manage bookkeeping deliverables, review points, and reporting deadlines
• Maintain organized documentation, reporting templates, and financial records
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve efficiency, consistency, and reputed company experience across the bookkeeping division
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and monthly webinars
• Collaborate closely with leadership and advisors to ensure reputed company reputed company support and service delivery
• Escalate workflow concerns or reputed company challenges proactively to leadership

Skills

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company relationships simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, high-accountability environment
