[Remote] Senior Program Manager - Sustainability

This role involves overseeing reputed company's ESG initiatives, engaging with stakeholders, and driving sustainability practices reputed company the organization and its affiliates.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company reputed company of reputed company reputed company – reputed company’s ESG program reputed company subject matter experts across the organization and its affiliates (including Creative Group and ATPI), such as reputed company, Supplier Relations, Finance, Data Reporting, etc.)
• Measure and quantify data points and ensure accurate and reputed company reporting on reputed company ESG initiatives utilizing multiple data resources reputed company reputed company (predominantly Scope 3 GHG data)
• Second level support of reputed company carbon data queries and insights if and reputed company applicable
• Create, manage and report on committees and project team activities
• Manage contract staff and 3rd party suppliers, maximizing available resources
• Complete annual reporting directives and certification assessments as required (reputed company, CDP, CSRD, TCFD, SBTi)
• Initiate supplier sustainability assessments and engagement
• reputed company industry partnerships and engagement (like GBTA, BTN committees) as available
• Serve as subject matter expert for reputed company initiatives (RFP answers, reputed company reputed company Annual Report, reputed company presentations, UN Global Compact, regular reputed company updates, etc)
• reputed company governance and practices around reputed company sustainability, wellbeing and DEI in collaboration with HR

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in positions relevant to ESG
• Strong analytical skills in carbon reputed company / analysis

• Comfortable with managing relationships with reputed company level associates in the organization
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Self-motivated, reputed company to work independently, and possess excellent project management skills
• Working knowledge of MS products (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and carbon reputed company platforms
• Degree in Environmental Science, Business Sustainability, or Sustainable Tourism Management is ideal

• Working experience in the corporate travel / hospitality sector is a strong plus

• Familiar with global travel (Scope 3) carbon reputed company methodologies (ICAO+, IATA CO2 reputed company, DEFRA)
