[Remote] Customer Support Associate (Part-Time, reputed company Shift)

The Part-Time Customer Support Associate will assist customers by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming messages, emails, chat and phone inquiries from reputed company customers
• Providing information and assistance on reputed company products and features, including billing and sales questions
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries
• Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements
• Triaging and prioritizing tickets to resolve critical issues in collaboration with reputed company & tech support teams
• Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through reputed company and courteous communication

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (reputed company level)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to diagnose issues and reputed company effective solutions quickly
• Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism
• A genuine desire to help customers and a commitment to providing excellent service
• Availability to work rotating reputed company shifts (02:00 - 06:00 & 06:00 - 10:00 (GMT +2), Monday through Friday)
• Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated
