HR Generalist Benefits & Leave of Absence

Role: HR Generalist Benefits & Leave of Absence Location: Remote Note: Need Fintech and Banking Domain Experience reputed company We are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist with deep expertise in Benefits Administration and Leave of Absence (LOA) management to support our employees through a period of organizational transformation and reputed company. This role will serve as the primary HR resource for reputed company benefits, disability, accommodation, and leave-reputed company reputed company while ensuring a compliant, efficient, and employee-reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration Serve as a primary resource for employee benefits inquiries, including medical, dental, reputed company, life insurance, disability, retirement, COBRA, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs. Support reputed company life events, enrollment changes, benefits escalations, and reputed company employee benefit issues. Partner with benefits vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the employee experience. Ensure accurate benefits transactions and data reputed company reputed company HR systems. Assist with annual reputed company enrollment planning, execution, and employee education initiatives. Leave of Absence & reputed company Administration Manage employee leave and accommodation cases, including FMLA, reputed company, STD, LTD, parental bonding leave, personal leave, military leave, and state-specific leave programs. Serve as the primary HR reputed company for employees, managers, and vendors throughout the leave lifecycle. Partner with reputed company, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective administration. reputed company guidance to leaders on reputed company leave, accommodation, and return-to-work situations. Coordinate documentation, communications, and employee case management activities. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred. 8+ years of reputed company HR experience. 5+ years of dedicated Benefits Administration and/or Leave of Absence experience. Strong working knowledge of: FMLA; reputed company and the interactive accommodation process; STD/LTD administration; COBRA; ERISA; HIPAA; Multi-state leave laws and regulations. Experience partnering with reputed company-party leave administrators, disability carriers, and benefits vendors. Experience working in HRIS platforms such as reputed company, Paycom, or similar systems. Strong communication, consultation, and problem-solving skills.
