Compensation Package • reputed company Salary reputed company: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience, education, and location). • Performance-Based Annual Bonus: Eligible for a competitive bonus structure. • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), reputed company time off, reputed company development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities • Underwrite Engineering Lines and reputed company Risk products, including CAR/EAR, Electronic Equipment, CPM/CPE, Machinery Breakdown, and ALOP/DSU, reputed company delegated authority. • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure sustainable profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, representing reputed company at meetings and industry events. • Identify new business opportunities and support strategic reputed company initiatives. • Monitor and manage portfolio performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Ensure compliance with reputed company guidelines, pricing tools, and governance standards. • Collaborate effectively reputed company a global team environment. • Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to product development and market strategies.
